Overview
Triphalā Kēram is one of the specialities of AYULANKA and is based on a recipe widely used by Ayurvedic experts in Kerala, India. This recipe was found in the search of Ayurvedic oil recipes that can be used safely on those with allergies to Sesame oil based herbal oils. Coconut oil is used as the base oil therefore it can be used more safely for skin conditions such as Atopic dermatitis. Can be applied to the head, face and full body or as a nasal application. Especially known to be good for hair growth.
Triphalā (three fruits) is a revered rasāyanaya in Ayurvedic medicine promoting longevity and rejuvenation. Coconut oil has been used in the Indian Subcontinent for generations to help with overall skin health. It can be used as a moisturiser to improve complexion, suppleness, and elasticity. Coconut oil is also used to clean and whiten teeth and help support strong and healthy teeth and gums.
Since coconut oil is cooling, Abhyanga (self-massage) with AYULANKA Triphalā Kēram during the summer months or in warm climates is especially recommended.
AYULANKA Triphalā Kēram combines Coconut oil with Triphalā which contains Amla strengthening the hair follicles and Vibhītaki aiding hair growth and acts as a natural hair dye to reduce premature greying of hair, which makes AYULANKA Triphalā Kēram a potent hair tonic.
How To Use:
Vāta and Pitta pacifying oil used for the application to the head, face, or full body. Warm 60 – 100 ml of oil in a hot water bath, 2 – 3°C above body temperature and apply all over the body gradually covering all the parts of the body. Massage into areas of muscle fatigue, body ache or whole body.
When used under prescription of your Ayurveda Physician, can be used for nasal instillation (Nasya).

Tibetan “king of medicine.” Bhaiṣajyaguru or the healing Buddha is typically depicted as holding the stem of the Harītaki fruit between thumb and forefinger of his right hand and is believed to have a variety of positive and anti-ageing health effects. Caraka Samhita refers to Harītaki as sarvah dōshas prasamani (pacifying tridōsha), vayasthapani (anti-aging), Tvagamayagni (preventing skin disease) and shrotovishodhini, (clear body channels). Harītaki is known to enhance absorption of nutrients in food, promote a healthy heart, healthy liver and spleen and support the immune system. Harītaki also enhances mental clarity and memory and the stamina of the mind and senses
AYURVEDIC PROPERTIES:
- Rasa: Five rasas – Amla (Sour), Kashāya (Astringent), Tikta (Bitter), Madhura (Sweet), Katu (Pungent)
- Guna: Lagu (Light), Ruksha (Dry)
- Vipāka: Madhura (Sweet)
- Vīrya: Ūshna (Hot)
- Dōsha: Pacifies Tridōsha

Cautions:
FOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY.
Although there are no known adverse effects, recommended to avoid use during pregnancy. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking any medications or have any medical conditions, consult your Ayurveda physician before use.
Manufacturers advise avoid use during the first trimester. Self-abhyanga (massage) is not recommended during fever, common cold, acute disease conditions, indigestion and menstruation. Avoid use if known to have allergy for Sesame or nuts.
Use with caution if any known allergies.
Recommended to test on inconspicuous patch of skin 48 hours prior to use.
If any adverse reactions occur, discontinue use.
Not recommended for use in children under the age of 16.
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Keep out of reach of children.
Once opened, use within 3 months.

නීරෝගී හිස කෙස් කලඹක් සඳහා භාවිතා කරණ තෙල
හැඳින්වීම:
ආයුලංකා කේෂරාජ තෙලෙහි අඩංගු කිකිරිදිය, නෙල්ලි සහ පොල් තෙල් මගින් කෙස් වැඩීම, කෙස් ශක්තිමත් කිරීම, සහ ස්වභාවික වර්ණය ගෙන දේ. කීකිරිදිය සහ නෙල්ලි වල අඩංගු ප්රති-ඔක්සිකාරක කේෂ මූල පණ ගැන්වීමද, නිරෝගි කෙස් වඩවා, අකලට කෙස් පැසීම වලකයි. නිරෝගි කෙස් වැඩිම, අකලට කෙස් පැසීම සහ වැටීම වැලකීම සහ හිස් හොරි වැනි අවස්ථාවලට විශේෂයෙන්ම භාවිතා කෙරේ. ආයුලංකා කේෂ රාජ තෙල නිතර හිසට භාවිතා කිරීමෙන් හිස් කෙස් වැඩෙනවා පමණක් නොව ඇස් පෙනීම දියුණු කිරීමද, මනස සැහැල්ලු කිරීමද, මානසික ආතතිය දුරු කිරීමද, මතක ශක්තිය වැඩීමද කර ශාරීරික සහ මානසික සුවතාවය දියුණු කරයි.
භාවිතා කරණ ආකාරය:
මඳ ලෙස රත් කල ආයුලංකා තෙල් මිලි ලීටර 15 – 30 ක ප්රමාණයක් වියළි තත්ත්වයේ පවතින හිස කෙස් සහ හිසට යොදා හොඳින් මර්දනය කරන්න. හිස කෙස් වල දිගට තෙල් ආලේප කරන්න. තෙල් අවශෝෂණය සහ සංසරණය මනාව සිදුවීම සඳහා විනාඩි 10 ක් පමණ හොඳින් හිස් කබල සහ හිස කෙස් මර්දනය කරන්න.
සැලකිලිමත් විය යුතු කරුණු: ඔබට කිසියම් අසාත්මිකතාවයක් ඇත්නම්, විශේෂයෙන් ඇට වර්ග අසාත්මිකතා සහ තල සඳහා දන්නා ආසාත්මිකතාවයක් ඇත්නම් භාවිතා කිරීමෙන් වළකින්න. සමේ කුඩා කොටසක ආලේප කර පැය 48 ක් තබා පරික්ෂා කරන්න. යම් අනපේක්ෂිත ප්රතික්රියාවක් ඇති වුවහොත් භාවිතා කිරීම වහාම නවත්වන්න. වාර්තා වූ අහිතකර බලපැමි නොමැති වුවද, ගර්භනී සමයේ පළමු ත්රෛමාසික කාලය තුළ භාවිතා කිරීමෙන් වැළකී සිටීම සුදුසුය. උණ, සෙම්ප්රතිශ්යාව, උග්ර රෝග තත්වයන්, අජිර්ණය සහ ඔසප් වීමේදී අභ්යඞග නිර්දේශ නොකරයි.
